How to use these
Read the setup guide before you connect anything
It takes eight minutes and it prevents the two mistakes that cost people money: installing software from the wrong place, and rushing the recovery seed.
The order matters. Install the app first, from the official page. Then connect the device, create the wallet, and write the seed down before you add accounts or send anything. Test with a small amount, and only then move real balances across.
If you already have a wallet running, skip ahead to backup and recovery — it is the part most people have never actually tested — and then to privacy and fees.
Never type your recovery seed into a website or app
Your recovery seed is the master key to your funds. No genuine wallet app, website or support agent will ever ask you to enter it — if a page asks for it, leave immediately.
